How we work
Step 1: Identifying customer needs
It all starts with a thorough client survey. You fill out a questionnaire so that we can accurately determine your family's needs:
* Age and level of knowledge of the child: For tutors this is critical. For nannies and governesses – too, since the level of communication should correspond to the child’s age.
* Learning objectives: Preparation for exams, improving speaking skills, in-depth study of grammar – each objective requires an individual approach.
* Desired characteristics of a specialist: Accent, experience working with children, special skills (music, sports, help with home schooling), personal qualities.
* Schedule and budget: Important factors that limit your search.
Stage 2: Search and selection of candidates
Eton class has its own database of carefully screened native English speaking candidates.
* Document verification: Diplomas, certificates, recommendations confirming qualifications and work experience.
* Interview: Evaluation of professional skills, communication abilities, personal qualities. Special tests of knowledge of English and teaching methods are often used.
* Reference Check: Contacting previous employers to obtain an objective assessment of candidates. This helps identify both strengths and weaknesses of candidates.
* Safety: Checking references, police certificates (depending on legal requirements) and other documents that ensure the safety of children.
Step 3: Presenting candidates to the client
After selection, we present to the client short profiles of the most suitable candidates, including resumes, photographs and information about work experience.
Stage 4: Interview and selection
Our clients have the opportunity to interview selected candidates, ask questions and evaluate their personal and professional qualities. Eton class helps to organize this process.
Step 5: Concluding the contract
After selecting a candidate, we enter into an agreement stipulating the terms of work, payment and other important details.
Step 6: Post-Contract Support
We continue to provide support after the contract has been concluded, resolving emerging issues and helping clients and candidates.
